Charles Westcott currently lives in South Florida, but grew up in the suburbs of Montréal, Canada as a fan of the Expos. After the franchise moved to Washington DC, Charles began following his local team, the Tampa Bay Rays who he still favors today. We discuss baseball in Montréal, memories from Olympic Stadium, how he felt about the potential split season, and the cyclical nature of baseball.
