Farewell to the Diamond…probably

I don’t have any insider information on where VCU plays next year, and I sure hope its Carmax Park, but I will miss the Diamond and the VCU experience at the Diamond specifically. If the walk off by Lethert was the last competitive play in the stadium it was a wonderful way to send it off. But I’ll believe its done when they start playing somewhere else next year. Crazy to see them knock the Vols out in the tournament too. Great season for the Rams! I also got to two Squirrels games this month where they continued their winning ways, including a near no-hitter against Akron. Plus the regular season for the opener for the Chili Peppers yesterday.
