Four games on four weekends this March, but only one victory for a home 9 (should it be home 10 now that everyone has a DH?). The Diamond continues to crumble but VCU is still calling it home and they handled Army West Point without too much fuss in that game. I truly hope that the three way negotiations end with the Rams in Carmax Park next year. I don’t want VCU playing at some random stadium in the suburbs. Two one run Spider losses in A10 play were sandwiched around Wake Forest breaking out the bats against UVA at the Dish. I got J.D. Stein’s first collegiate home run for the Demon Deacons in that one and somebody let me know so the ball got back to him. Looking forward to some affiliated action in April starting with an MLB game tonight!
