Ballpark of the Palm Beaches
Spring Training home of the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros since 2017. Attended several spring training games there each March 2017-20 and 2022-23. Was there on 3/12/20 watching the Nationals play the NY Yankees when it was announced that upon the conclusion of today's game, MLB would be temporarily suspending operations due to something called the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Home of the Florida Marlins 1993-2011. I never saw an MLB at this stadium but attended three big time FB games there: Baltimore Ravens @ Miami Dolphins on 11/16/03, Super Bowl XLIV (Colts. v. Bears) on 2/7/10, and the BCS National Championship Game between Notre Dame and Alabama on 1/7/13.

Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs (1916-present)
When Harry Carey defected from the South Side White Sox to the North Side Cubs during the off-season, I had to be there for Harry's Wrigley debut as Voice of the Cubs on Opening Day (4/9/82). Was also there in May 2019 to witness a friend throw out the ceremonial first pitch as part of a weekend-long retirement celebration. Attended a few other games there in between including Pete Rose's final game in baseball (as manager of the Reds) on 8/23/89. I was in town on business. Of course, we didn't realize until the next day that Pete was finished. Wish I'd kept THAT ticket stub!

Home of the Cleveland Indians 1932-93. Drove from South Bend, IN to Cleveland (and back) one Sunday in May (during final exams) for a White Sox-Indians game. Got a speeding ticket en route. Slipped a note to Harry Carey pre-game, earning a shout-out during the afternoon's broadcast.

Home of the Chicago White Sox 1910-90. I went to Opening Day at Comiskey in 1979 and fell in love with the antics of Harry Carey. Enjoyed several Sox games there over four seasons (1979-82) including two more Opening Days (1980 and '81), plus the "Re-Opener" in 1981 following the mid-season players strike.

LA Coliseum
Home of the Los Angeles Dodgers 1958-61. I never saw an MLB game here, but I attended Super Bowl VII, the game in which the 1972 Miami Dolphins completed the NFL's only perfect season. Their 14-7 victory over the Washington Redskins sealed a 17-0 record.

Home of the Baltimore Orioles 1954-1991. Went to the O's home opener there each year 1972-78, a handful of Texas Rangers games in the 70s, Earl Weaver's FIRST farewell game (10/3/82), Opening Day each year 1983-91, the Chicago White Sox only post-season win in 1983, and the stadium's epic final game (10/6/91), and more than 100 other regular-season games over that span (1972-91).

Home of the Washington Senators 1961-71 and Washington Nationals 2005-07. The first baseball game I remember there was on my 9th birthday (8/9/69). I attended the next two Opening Day games at RFK (1970 and '71), the Senators' final game before leaving for Arlington, TX (9/30/71), the return of baseball on Opening Night 2005 (plus OD 2006 and '07), the final Nats game there in 2007, and dozens more over those 6 season of MLB at RFK (1969-71 and 2005-07).
