Join a group of like-minded baseball fans for a day of incredible fun at the ballpark! Our group has secured lower-level tickets along the 3rd baseline, so now is your chance to see the Bananas in action! And of course, fans can record outs by catching fly balls, so be sure to bring your glove!

Who are the Savannah Bananas and What is Banana Ball?

The world-wide sensation Savannah Bananas are a baseball team based in Savannah, Georgia known for their unique and entertaining style of play called Banana Ball. Banana Ball is a fast-paced and fan-focused version of baseball that aims to create a fun and interactive experience for spectators. The game features various rules, such as no bunting, no walks, and a time limit on innings, all which keeps the game moving quickly. The Bananas also incorporate exciting entertainment elements into their games, including dancing players and umpires, halarious on-field promotions, and lively music.

Banana Ball games almost always sell out, with fans coming from all over to catch a glimpse of the team in action. The team has even been featured on national news outlets and in documentaries, solidifying their place as a beloved and unique addition to the baseball world.

Her first Banana’s game was at historic Rickwood Field in 2023.

Hotel Info

We’ve reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center, a short ride from the ballpark. Tiers two and three will have access to the hotel block, which includes a discounted room rate of $199 per night and free breakfast, as well as transportation to and from the ballpark.

When is the Game?

March 9, 2024 at 7:00pm. The game will be played at Minute Maid Field, home of the Houston Astros.

Where are our seats?

All tickets are General Admission, but they are assigned to a group of sections. Our seats you are able to choose from are located in sections 104-111 in the lower bowl along the 3B / LF. Click here for Minute Maid Park seating chart.

Should I bring My Glove?

Absolutely! Our seats will give us a chance to participate in the game via Rule 8: If a fan catches a fould ball, it’s an out. 

We also plan on organizing a big game of catch with all of the trip goers.
